The Effect of Employee Placement and Work Environment on Employee Performance Through Job Satisfaction at the Madiun Regency Land Office

This study analyzes the effect of employee Placement and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Land Office of Madiun Regency. A quantitative approach was employed using a census of 42 civil servants. Data were collected through structured Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results indicate that employee Placement and work environment have significant positive effects on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction also significantly influences employee performance and mediates the relationship between employee placement, work environment, and Employee performance.
